1974 Cal 24' sailboatAbout the boat:We had the boat put on the hard April-June 2016 and had her bottom side cleaned, sanded down, 2 barrier coats applied and 2 coats of ablative bottom paint. It has had new windows installed. The sides of the hull were sanded down and repainted. The sails are in good/ fair condition and great for someone who just wants to play on the bay. If looking to race you would want newer sails.We have been working on the inside as it had carpeting on the walls and header and we have removed it all. I would say the V-berth area is good just needs a cleaning. It does have a 2 burner alcohol stove (not sure if it works as I have never used it) It has a sink and a deep ice box well. This boat will need rewired. Needs new headline and walls painted or whatever you desire. I personally would paint it all with marine grade paint. We do have brand new switch panel that comes with it but needs installed. Needs battery and outboard motor. The topside has not been painted but could use a coat. The boat is in the water and has been sailed and if your interested in viewing or taking it out for a sail please make arrangements with me to do so. Location is Portsmouth, VA. We are selling this boat as is, no warranty, please ask before you buy. I suggest coming to view the boat prior to any bidding.Winning bidder please know the dock slip is paid through January 2017.
