Designed by David Thomas and built by Peter Webster. She is in very good condition for her age and has undergone extensive modernisation over the last few years. But due to circumstances she has to go.She was last out of the water October 2015 to April 2016. Where she had a hull polish and two coats of Jotun antifoul. She is still in use and has been extensively used since I've had her covering a good few thousand sea miles and can be sailed away. She has recently completed a 300 mile passage to her current location. She is an absolute pleasure to sail and copes with what ever the weather throws at her leaving you feeling safe and sound. She has had a new Beta 30 engine fitted in 2015 along with new stainless steel shaft and a re worked prop which gives her a cruising speed of 6/7 knots which she can maintain what ever the tide or weather. She has a good layout for her era. She is 4 berth in two cabins. She can either have 4 singles or two generous doubles. In the fore cabin there are two singles or a double with an in fill. There is ample storage under the two front bunks. Coming aft you have the toilet compartment which has a Jabsco full size 12v electric sea toilet to port with a hanging locker behind. And a sink unit to starboard with hot and cold water and storage below and above. Coming aft into the salon you have two settees port and starboard that convert to single bunks with storage below, behind and above. Under the port bunk is the fridge motor and 100L water tank. There is also an in fill between the two settees that coverts into a large double bed. Aft of the settees to starboard is a full size chart table with a chart draw and the battery compartment underneath. Above the chart table is the electronics and switch panel. To port there is a work top with cutlery draw, a plastimo cooker with two hobs, grill and oven. There is also a sink with hot and cold water and a 12/240v fridge. There is a removable table which also doubles up as the cockpit table. The new Beta engine is under the cockpit which is accessed from the companion way steps. The engine is fully serviced and will be serviced again before she goes to her new owner. Moving up into the cockpit there is two large cockpit lockers. The starboard locker houses the new 20L calorifier. The port locker houses the gas locker and the fuel tank. At the rear of the cockpit is another large locker. Navigation equipment comprises of:Icom DSC VHFAdvansea AIS engineNASA GPS ReapeterPlastimo Compass Navtex Tiller pilot NASA speed log and depthThe sails are in good condition (year unknown) with two spares.
