I am only the second owner of this vessel and purchased it in 1995. She has been regularly maintained and serviced (full history and invoices available). In the last three years I have spent about £15,000 totally upgrading her for long term live-aboard use. It's always been a non smoker and no pet yacht. She may require a minimum of cosmetic care but check out the normal price for this yacht in the UK and you'll see it's almost double what I am asking.
I have just completed a ten-week circumnavigation of the Greek Peloponnese without any mechanical/electrical problems whatsoever; purely down to the ongoing maintenance programme.
She comes with three full suits of sails (worth about £3000 alone) and all in good condition.
She is an ideal yacht for a single person or couple to live on permanently - or extended periods - and is exceptionally comfortable for four or five persons at any one time: During my recent trip there was always five of us on board.
This yacht must be seen to appreciate what you are getting for your money.
My reason for selling is that after sailing these fantastic waters for thirty years I am looking for new adventures in my new found retirement in other parts of the world.
