This is an ETAP 30 Sailing Yacht.This is a link some info about the boat:http://sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp?class_id=736This is a much loved boat that has been sailed extensively around the Solent and in areas between Brighton and Weymouth. We use her for weekends and full weeks away, with minimal stays in marinas, preferring anchorages and bay buoys. She has good accommodation and provides all you need for short and longer stays on board. We are selling as we are moving to a 36 foot boat.Please ask any questions and I will answer quickly and honestly.She has been maintained and new parts and engine service where necessary, a quick review of last seasons work is:- Engine service- Full Fuel system clean including tank removal and clean- New battery- New toilet and all fittings- Of course anti-foul, boot top line etc..- New main (pre-used but properly measured and in good condition from a sail loft, age - 2011/12 season)- Checked keel bolts- New VHF aerial- plus usual service stuff, repairing cushions, replacing zips, clean up etcShe is a great family boat that can be sailed single handed or with a full crew if you want to get a bit more serious. I usually sail with only my two small daughters or alone, and regularly fly the spinnaker single handed.The ETAP's are a very comfortable, dry and fairly warm boat, and don't forget safe (labelled as unsinkable) due to the double skin She is currently moored in Cowes on the Isle of WightShe is a 1985 boat and I have all the bill of sale documents from new.The picture of all the manuals shows the boats electronic equipment etc.There is a pressurized cold water system (to heads and galley), fridge, Eberspacer cabin heating and autopilot as well as the usual depth, log, wind, DSC radio parts (take a look at the photo).The engine is a Volvo Penta 2002S 18HP raw water cooled marine diesel in really good order.Any other info needed let me know!
