I have done much work to this boat to keep it something to want and have but regretfully must sell.Resent work I have done is. Cockpit though way slants for drop boards have been rebuilt, replaced old leaking sliding hatch with stronger non linking hatch and storm hood. Along with a place for main traveler to get it out of the way of the hatch entry. But thats a matter of preference, if so I have some parts to help do so. The old gray marine port lights were replaced with New Found Metal port lights. Along with any bad wood or headliner material that I found damaged from leaking port lights.The boat had combing boxes made from teak plywood which were replaced with fiberglass ones.The toe rails have been pulled off and rebedded.Pulled mast for deck repair under mast and to add led lighting on top of mast.The man that owned the boat when I purchased two years ago had just spent $1100 on engine maintenance , he told me the water pump impellor was replaced and I notice a new mixing elbow. The engine is a 2 QM 20 diesel with 1249 hours. When I moved the boat from Annapolis MD to Baltimore MD, engine along with everything else worked just fine with no issues.Pulled boat , painted bottom and did repairs.The boat has a new propeller , there is 3 anchors, plenty of rope and a new water pump with a nice vintage faucet and shower combo for head ( not installed.) It has nice cushions for the inside of the boat and nice cockpit cushions as well.It also has life jackets, life ring, bimini , sails and a roller furling for jib, sail cover, it has a dodger (but dodger canvas is beat)Boat could use a paint job that's up to you. This boat is not a project boat. I will be doing finishing touches just like everyone else putting there boat back in the spring.I will add more pictures and you are welcome to see boat at marina. I am also selling this boat locally so I am reserving the right to end action at anytime.Tis boat is being sold AS IS WERE IS
