Centre cockpit rear cabin version. Rear cabin has fixed double bed with storage underneath , sink , shower , cassette toilet , 22 inch led TV/DVD on flexible bracket. 2 x 240v sockets and 4 x 12v sockets.Centre cockpit has gas cylinder storage locker for two bottles ( gas safety tester fitted but not yet connected up) , the other side is the battery storage locker consisting of 12 x 2 volt and 2 x 12 volt batteries ( the 2volt batts are wired in series to make two 12 volt batts , then all wired in parallel to give a massive bank of around 700 AMP. It used to last me a few weeks before I needed to charge them with Genny or shorepower via a sterling invertor/charger unit ,(2500 watt for 240v sockets) 70 AMP charge from this unit. That was before I fitted two 150 watt flexible panels and a ep solar 30 AMP MPPT controller , since last summer I have not had to plug in or get Genny out , the massive battery banks takes in the solar power all day long. The helm rack and pinion set was replaced last year and cables , 3 point turn is no problem now in the tightest of areas. Boat fuse panel , shoreline hookup and RCD are all in the cockpit . Also palomo water heater for fast hot water. Anothe storage area underneath cockpit floor along with bilge pump. The centre roof folds back for those sunny days and the cockpit screen all folds down. The fold down roof has one of the flexible solar panels bolted onto it , still easy to fold down as solar panel weighs next to nothing , a few kg. The cockpit screen was built new last summer .Onto the front cabin we start with the kitchen area , 2 ring gas cooker , microwave , sink , fridge (never really used it) storage cabinet , drawers ect.Forward of that a comfy seating area with load of storage underneath , this was built last year to gain more storage underneath.22 inch led TV/DVD 12 volt , car CD player fitted into front v along with four speakers , another speaker output is fitted near the cabin door via a graphic equaliser which I plug a set of jbl speakers in for using outdoors. 240 volt sockets and 12 volt sockets in font.Multi fuel stove fitted in front of seating area for nice cosy warm nights. The boat is powered by a Yamaha 4 stroke 9.9hp outboard engine which has no problems on rivers or canals , very economical to run and service , around a tenner would keep you pottering along all day.The hull has just been completely sanded , cleaned and anti fouled , the sides up to the gunnel have been machine polished , all new woodwork on the strakes along with new aluminium strip to finish it off. There are still a few jobs I am in the process of finishing off , nothing major , just a bit more stain on the woodwork for another coat of protection , polish the aluminium up , maybe polish the top half , just little ongoing jobs which I normally do over the summer when travelling. This would make a ideal starter boat and great for single handling as the centre cockpit makes it much easier for locks and lines .Any inspection /survey welcome , viewing is a must.Year of boat is 1995.Safety cert until August 2018.Narrow beam cruiser , suitable to fit through all narrow locks on canal system.Telephone 07939239159 for question or viewing....
