This is a static houseboat (it will never be seagoing sailing/motor boat) It is designed to be lived on or used as a office space, art studio etc.it does not have a engine or any wiring or plumbing. it is a empty insulated shell most of the hard work has been done and its been a on going project.anyone wanting to arrange a floating mooring /residential mooring will have to do this themselves.
it could be put back into the water at the marina in Milton haven if preferred.hull is fully water tight and will float. the last owner lived aboard for 10+ years.total weight is approx 15 tonnes length is 38ft and width is 20ftwith little time and effort it could be a fabulous living space/accommodation it was originally a wooden sailing catamaran but has been lived on as a houseboat for the past decade or so.the original hulls was wooden but they have been fully sheathed in fiberglass and a lot of time and money went into doing this.could easily build up another floor or put a garden or sun terrace on the roof.building structure on top is very well made, warm and dry, flooring is solid, fiberglass hulls in very good condition. new bulkheads could do with being replaced.can be kept out of the water where it is currently laying in Pembrokeshire for approx £50 a weekYou will be the new owner of the house boat and therefore liable for any further time and fees at the mooring from the date of purchaseplease contact me asap after purchase to make payment to myself.. if no payment is received within 24 hours from the time of purchase it will be relisted to prevent time wastersif you have any questions feel free to inbox methank you.
