HiYou are bidding for a Sparkman & Stephens, 25 foot, fin keel, North Star 500 sailing yacht. The boat has a MD1B Volvo Penta engine however the Aqua drive is siezed and unable to turn the prop shaft. The boat was built in the late 70's so is a bit shabby but would make a very good restoration project for someone just starting out. Starting bid is low, just to claw back some mooring fees. Boat comes with radio, ropes, depth finder, compass , cooker on gimble, two anchors, various sails, cruising chutes, spinnakers and other bits and bobsThe Boat is moored in Holes Bay in Poole and would have to be removed at the end of the month or else you would have to negotiate mooring with Stevenson Moorings.Please dont bid if you are not serious about buying the boat, I will be able to meet you at the boat on Sunday 2 April, please arrange an appointmnet.RegardsLes
