50ft cruiser stern Mirfield Boats.Shell in reasonable condition for age.Has had 3 coats Zinc Primer and 1 Topcoat Enamel.Running BMC 1800 with reconditioned Hurth gearbox.Has been stripped out ready for insulation / lining.Boat currently on land with good access for crane with prior arrangement. Weight when lifted out 14T but lining and ballast removed.Seaglaze windows.Viewing available on request.Good starter boat for the right person.Will need moving within 14 days of sale date.
