44ft ex-Scottish fishing boat.  44ft, larch on oak, converted Scottish fishing boat.  Built in Eyemouth yard, 1950s.  Very solid construction, sound hull, good engine (marinised 120hp 6cyl Ford).  In need of significant amount of work to return her to sailing condition so selling as a project as I now work overseas much of the time and do not have the time to complete her.44ft overall, 16ft beam, 30ton. Good points.  Very strongly build, seven new planks on hull.  Sound engine. Spacious. Complete set of sails.  Solid douglas pine mast and spars. Hull basically sound but one or two planks need replacing. Bad points.  Requires new deck (rot in ply under laid deck) this is the main work required.  Engine was running until recently with no issues.  Starter motor no longer turning (may be a small electrical fault). Rigging, mast and all spars currently removed in order for this work to start.  Wheel and steering gear (chain and sector) also removed for same reason). Standing rigging galvanised steel.
