Brand New purchased from West Marine in April, never rigged, some parts still in factory packaging, some storage wear from the store so it is not pristine but in very good condition, sail clear window piece has couple of folds in from storage but fully functional, very high quality hardware, ready to rig and sail, purchased in 2016 but I do not know the year it was built.
