This is my narrow boat, Gwen 31ft - boat safety certificate until 21/06/2019 and the survey was done (out of the water) 2 years agoShe comes with a mooring, either residential or leisure but you can discuss this with the Marina - but the price is very reasonable.I have updated her during my ownership and has wooden floors fitted throughout and is newly decorated inside to create a light, airy feel whilst being very comfortable for its size.  She has an oven/gas hob, a fridge, sink with hot and cold running water (water tank is a new plastic tank stored in the front of the boat).Full electrics throughout with plug in shore power.  New lights have been fitted giving a very cosy atmosphere inside.  New curtains have also been fitted. The toilet/wet room is all new.  I made it as a wet room (there is a shower built into the sink unit), so its future proof. There is a folding table built into the side of the boat which is ideal for two/three people.  Also, there is a small wood stove which, due to the open plan layout is ideal to heat the whole boat during the colder times of year. The bed is a full size double bed that folds up complete to the side of the boat so, unlike a lot of smaller liveaboards, you are not having to make your bed before going to sleep or constantly clambering over it to get in and out.  This makes the boat imminently more livable inside and makes life so much easier. She does have an engine fitted, but I have never used it and it will need attention if you would like to use it.  However, there is also an outboard fitted to the transom so this can be used if you would like to venture onto the canal, and since the better weather is nearly upon us who wouldn't want to spend a few balmy summer evenings away? The rear deck is big enough for a table and a couple of chairs and is ideal for barbecues or how about breakfast on a warm, sunny morning?
