Selene This is the one! Documented vessel, "Selene". Classic Pearson 30 in dry dock since 1987 after complete refurbishment. Owner had moved out West. All new Lee Sails used once or twice, rebuilt Palmer engine, very low hours, then winterized and recently completely tuned up (September, 2016). Starts and runs perfectly. Teak appointed cabin, New Dodger and Sail Covers in Navy Blue. All new upholstered seat cushions in blue. Roller furling Genoa with Navy blue luff cover. Extra Genoa. Storm Jib and Mainsail all new and used sparingly. Wheel and binnacle in cockpit. Designer cabin appointed with Brass Lamps, Roman Shades. Pressurized hot and cold running water, with shower nozzle in head. All boating gear eg. fenders, docking lines, sheets, Lew-mar winches remain on board. Dry dock location, Mt.
