One of the most pleasant sailing boats I've had the pleasure of sailing. A very solid platform to learn to sail on with enough room to spend the night on the water. This 1978 Kells is the fixed keel model and has a draft of just over two feet. Trailer (also a 1978) is built to match the shoal keel and supports the boat well when trailering. Includes jib, genoa, and mainsail, all in good condition. Mast is hinged on deck, and supporting rigging is solid. Outboard shown in photos not included. For more specifics on the rigging, etc, visit: sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp?class_id=6453 EDIT TO ADD: I've added a few more photos of the sailboat in question. The deck is solid. I've not found any soft spots and the stanchions supporting the lifeline, bow and stern rail are solid. The mast is straight. Sails are good. The whole boat could use a solid cleaning/pressure washing. Let me know if you have any more questions. As I've told a few people that have emailed questions, I'd have no problem backing this into the lake tonight and setting sail.
