I have owned this boat for 6 and a half years and I believe I am the second owner.  All manuals and paperwork relevant to the boat are on board.  I will try to give you a description as best I can and if we start from the Stern of the boat.  There is a 30 gallon diesel tank always kept full.  Forward of this is a 25 horse power Isuzu diesel engine which has always been well maintained with filters changed every year.  In the engine room is a Sterling battery management system 20amps and two 130amp deep cycle batteries and one 110amp starter battery.  Also fitted is a diesel Eberspacher running three modern radiators and a 12 gallon clorifyer tank.  Also at the rear is a 240vt Shorepower point.Moving forward down the stairs, on the Port side is the 12 gallon clorifyer tank with airing cupboard above.  Also in that area is the timer for the Eberspacher, the reader for the Sterling management system and consumer unit for the 240vt.  There is a cupboard under the stairs fully illuminated.  Opposite is number one radiator and twin brass 240vt sockets.  Next to this is a hanging wardrobe with 3 or 4 drawers underneath.  Moving forward is the bathroom with large shower with modern expensive shower mixer bar fitted.  There is a sink with hot and cold water and a Telford plumbed in cassette toilet with two cassettes.  There is also plenty of cupboard space in the bathroom.Moving on in the Port side is the Galley which is equipped with cooker with four hobs, full grille and oven.  Next to this is a stainless steel sink with worktop, cupboard space underneath.  In the cupboard underneath is a charcoal water purifier filter, replaced last year.  Opposite this is a worktop with underneath a modern expensive three way gas fridge (you'll never have flat batteries).  Next to this is more cupboard space with sliding baskets for storage and number two radiator.  Now we get to the lounge area, where there is table space, seating for 5 or 6.  This converts into a comfortable double bed (6ft 6 x 4ft 6) and takes approximately two or three minutes to convert.  In the lounge there are twin brass 240vt sockets, 12vt socket, television point and Panasonic radio CD with speakers professionally fitted in the ceiling and radiator number three.  On the Port side is a reflex diesel  drip feed heater/stove set in a tiled hearth nearly new. You will never be cold on this boat!  The reflex stove with flew would cost approximately £1500 new today.  I fitted this and removed a wood burner as the reflex is more cost efficient to run and no ash or dust.Through the front doors under the cratch cover, under the step, is a custom made stainless steel diesel tank for the heater.  Under the floor is a 120 galloon stainless steel fresh water tank.  A new cratch board was fitted to the front of the boat last year.  Also the outside spot light is a 50 year old Lucas stainless steel unit.  The whole boat is all in very good condition.  There is nothing wrong with anything.  Viewing is recommended and welcome for serious potential buyers.  In the politest way possible this does mean serious potential buyers only please.  As I've said you will never run out of battery power and you will never be cold.  This is an ideal live aboard for one or two people.  The boat is situated on the Gloucester/Sharpness Canal on a very picturous mooring.  This is a retirement from boating sale after 40 years of boating.  Once sale has been completed I am quite happy to help the new buyer get to grips with their new purchase.I personally have never lived on the boat full time, just most weekends and holidays.  I am quite happy to leave a lot of equipment on the boat that you may need.Possible part exchange within ebay rules for a motorhome or nice classic car. Please do not hesitate to contact me on 07901 806614.  This boat is there to be sold and any sensible offer will be considered. This boat has a complete new 4 year boat safety certificate.£29,500Payment - please note boat will not be released until funds are cleared
