COLE 23 “JUST BLOWIN AROUND” The Cole 23 is an easy-to-sail fibreglass trailer-sailer mono hull yacht with a swing keel.Capable of sleeping 5 people but realistically sleeps 2 very comfortably. Includes lift up timber table. All furnishings are in excellent condition and the carpet is new. It has an electric winch fitted for easy lowering and lifting of the keel.Included is a full set of sails and sheets including spinnaker. The sails are in average but serviceable condition. Includes 2-way radio, new mooring lines, new automatic bilge pump that runs off solar charged battery, anchor with new anchor line, rear ladder, shade cover for those hot sunny days, a porta potty (hardly used), depth sounder. capacity to charge phones etc. and comes complete with all safety gear.The outboard is a Mercury 9.9 hp motor that has been serviced regularly, is reliable and very easy to start. There is also a 10 litre fuel tank with a new fuel line and another auxillary tank.The galley has loads of storage areas and includes water bladder storage, a built-in ice chest that drains into the bilge and is equipped with cooker, all crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils.The trailer has recently had the wheel bearings checked. however it is not currently registered.Recently all the electrics were rewired for both 240v and solar panel for 12v and includes great cabin lighting.Hull is in great condition and has been routinely anti-fouled.She is now in Melbourne on her trailer and ready to be looked over.This is a fantastic reliable boat that will give lots of pleasure.
