21ft Vivacity 650 - Bilge Keel - Sleeps 4 Laying NDYC Instow North DevonLovely little sailing boat and only selling due to having two boats. Loads of money has been spent on her and she is good to go with everything you need.I had furling professionally fitted last summer at a cost of over £400 and have not used the boat since.The boat is well equipped so can be considered a turn up and sail boat. There is a number of car parks also nearby (200m) so its an ideal weekend getaway to stay on the boat or join NDYC for £105 per annum and use the facilities there.
