1966 Lyman 25' Hardtop Cruisette currently stored indoors at the shop in Gainesville, GA. This is a wooden lapstrake boat in very good condition. Hull sides and bottom painted last year, and the boat had just been detailed. Mahogany swim platform. Interior cushions are in very good condition; vinyl is supple, with little to no opening of seams. This is a very roomy, stable classic boat looking for a new home. Boat was last in the water in 2015. Enjoyed for many years on river cruises; Tennessee, St. Johns, etc. but mainly on Lake Lanier here in North Georgia. Owner is 92 years old and thinning out his collection - my name is Alan and I am selling it for him. Over the years I have personally worked on this boat and am very familiar with lapstrake hull construction and can attest to its condition. Its Gray Marine CH-220 V8 can be run in the shop off a garden hose for prospective buyers. A custom fitted, heavy duty, steel, tandem axle Loadmaster bunk trailer is included in the sale. Both axles were replaced last year - very solid. Boat weight is approximately 3800 pounds, figure on 1200 pounds for the trailer for a total weight of 5000 pounds give or take. Boat includes various accessories including a canvas cover that extends from the hardtop to the stern. I'd be happy to answer any questions, or provide specific photos - please don't hesitate to ask. Sold as is - where is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Described accurately and honestly - check out my rating (100%). Transport is the responsibility of the buyer. $1000 deposit due within 72 hours of auction end - Paypal accepted for deposit only. Balance due within two weeks - certified funds only. Will store in the shop until the end of February at no charge to the buyer.
