For auction is a 1947 Chris Craft U-22 Sportsman Hardtop, Serial Number U- 22-1052 with an uninstalled Packard 374 cid, 310+ HP V8 Marine Engine. The boat and engine have been in dry storage for the past 30 years. The hull is basically sound but will need restoration. Most of the boat’s hardware is missing, what is shown in the photos is all that is offered. The engine is the same as offered the 1956 Packard Senior line with an Andres Marine conversion. The engine has been in storage after a rebuild in the 1980’s (upgraded valve train, Isky Cam) and has been oiled and turned with a wrench periodically. The engine was originally in a larger cruiser and some fabrication of the exhaust and engine cover will be required. The sale includes a single axle trailer that may require some modification to properly fit the boat, but is usable as is for transport. The boat is offered “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” in TulsaOK. The boat and trailer are sold with a Bill of Sale only. A $500 deposit is due within 3 days of end of auction and balance paid within 10 days. The boat must be moved within 30 days.
