Please note this boat is in early stages of restoration, and is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no stipulations and NO RESERVE! I love this boat and it would not be listed if a family emergency had not occurred. PLEASE do not bid or submit offer if you can not take immediate possesion. This vessel is listed locally and I will be accepting the first reasonable offer. With that being said... Up for auction is what could be one of the most amazing bluewater liveaboards you can get for under $12k. She barely sways at dock and takes to the wind like a beast. She is a current and up to date coast guard documented vessel and is insured with liability protection from State Farm.CG# 562046Can be transferred locally via document service for $350-$400 roughly.2 cabins (one forward one aft), one full head with shower in aft cabin, one head/sink cubby combo in forward birth.80hp Ford Lehman Diesel runs like a champ, needs new exhaust head but is currently patched up for transit.Anchors and chains galore, enough to pitch over every side if wanted, sea anchor/Drogue.Onboard is plenty of equipment to sail the world, working gps, single band vhf and antennae, local vhf, radar and much more, the equipment is older but works great and worth a lot, electric/manual anchor winch and working 40inch plasma tv.As far as gear it has sails and some duplicates, some great, some not so great, the newer main needs replaced or repaired if you are included there is the original backup still looks good but older. Electrical is decent and functioning originally built with built in backups and enough battery power to cruise the day with the tv on. Has solar panels over the aft that need reconnected but is wired with multiple inverters and chargers. The rigging/stays are in decent condition.Important stuff... it's time for haulout and a bottom job, locally I was planning to haulout and paint it go $1700 but I have no time for that. The bottom was just scraped last week and the zincs are still in good condition could probably go for awhile before needing replaced, needs lots of cosmetic work especially on the outside, it's ferrocement so just needs hauled out chiseled down and refinished, most could be completed in a week, but the crafted interior wood is impeccable. The best buyer for this boat already has a place for it to moor or a slip for her to live and work on her. Here in San Diego it must be hauled and painted if applying for a new slip.If you have any questions please contact me prior to bidding I will respond quickly. If you bid on this boat you are buying this boat and full payment will be due at end of auction.Thank you and good Luck!
