Present owners last 10 years, was fully refurbished 2007 with over £2,500 of new parts. General condition is still above average, but as always could benefit from some simple TLC! Wintered ashore for last ten years, engine oil and filter changed regularly. Sorry photos are after refurb so please add a few years wear and tear (Selling due to change in circumstances so was not prepared with pics, will take some ASAP!) Currently ashore at Windermere Ferry Nab All bills paid to 1st April 2017 Future moorings / storage / removal subject to availability and at purchaser’s cost must be arranged by then. Trailer not included but available till 31st March may be available to purchase at additional cost. (Has only been used as a ‘yard’ trailer for last 8 years so will need some work to make it road-worthy) Ferry Nab provides an ideal Windermere cruising base with swinging and jetty moorings, parking, toilet / shower facilities, and winter storage. LED Lighting, 12v car sockets, Stainless Steel Solar Fan Gas System Sealed and vented bottle compartment (Room for spare bottle) All pipes and valves replaced Swinging Marine Twin Burner / Grill / Oven Catalytic Heater Interior Fitted Cushions with Removable Covers, Folding Table Professionally painted / varnished inside and out fully primed so no reactions (Full paint anti-foul system details for future compatibility) New Stainless Steel Rudder, cathodic protection system, and engine cooling strainer. All skin fillings were removed and refitted with epoxy
