This Beneteau Oceanis 323 is a fast family cruiser with spacious light and airy accommodation, she is very lightly used and she must be seen to fully  appreciate the condition of her interior. She is a very attractive yacht with her blue hull.
On stepping aboard from the sugar scoop transom there is easy access forward into the spacious cockpit through the transom gate (with pivoting helm seat) past the innovative pivoting steering wheel. The wheel binnacle also houses the navigation instruments and chart plotter. Rolling furling genoa and in mast furling mainsail with lines leading aft allow easy shorthand sailing.
Below decks the light use of the yacht shows in the condition of her interior. Numerous opening hatches, port-lights and windows in the saloon ceiling and hull sides allow lots of natural light and ventilation. The beautiful wood interior is complemented by the quality upholstery. The engine is located beneath the companionway steps and has only around 1300 hours run. The engine will be fully serviced by Cleopatra Marina for the new owner.
The galley is located to port with a very spacious and comfortable head compartment located to starboard with separate shower and wet-locker areas. The saloon has a small aft facing chart table/navigation area to starboard with a settee and across the saloon table another straight settee that converts to a double berth. The forward cabin houses a double V berth and the owner's cabin is aft to port and can be used length ways or athwartships and is of a size you only expect to find on a much larger yacht.
This is an attractive yacht with nice lines combining a good sailing performance with very spacious and practical accommodation for her overall length given lower running and storage costs in comparison to larger yachts with similar accommodation. This boat has not been chartered.**For further information on her history, more photographs or to arrange a viewing (the yacht is on hard standing in Cleopatra Marina, Preveza, Greece), please call Nick on (+44) (0)7722 804603 or Nigel on (+44) (0)7941 628960** also can be viewed on Apollo Duck.
