Description
Condition: Used Year: 1976
Make: Pearson

I have a 30' Pearson in very good condition. It runs good, has great sails, electronics and is fully functional - except the wooden compression post under the mast has cracked. I don't have the time to repair it. Bottom is in great shape - no blisters and low profile racing seacocks. All new wiring, pumps, head, electrical panel, rebuilt hydraulic backstay, self-tailing 2 speed winches, brand new furler, brand new furling genoa, brand new prop and cutlass bearing, 30hp Atomic 4 inboard recently serviced. It sleeps 5 people. Has a new head and has a galley with alcohol stove. Furling headsail is new and main is like new. Motor runs great. Had tune up this summer. Added upgraded alternator. Had electronic ignition installed this summer. etc. etc. Very fast and comfortable. Only detected one small soft spot in the very rear of the cockpit were you don't stand.
It is very nice down below. Cushions are in good shape. Lights have all been converted to red/white LED. New Fusion Stereo system with Bluetooth and new infinity speakers in the cockpit and cabin with remote mounted in the cockpit. Have new (uninstalled) larger water tank and new pressure pump/ shower head. I even bought a marine AC that I was getting ready to install that can be included in the sale for a little extra. Genoa and furler are worth more than I am asking for the whole boat - not to mention the winches and hydro backstay! If I get around to fixing the compression post I plan to keep it, so bid now to win.
