Unfortunately I must sell my project boat. I bought this boat three years ago with the plans to rebuild her and sail along the coast, although my wife and I are expecting our first baby! The boat is sound and a good base for a rebuild. The interior will need to be refinished and re assembled. I have taken it apart for cleaning, therefore majority of the inside is apart. I have all the pieces and they are in good shape! The cushions are missing completely. These boats have a large 1200 lbs swing keel that is in good condition. There is some light rust but overall it's in good shape. The pivot is in good condition, and the winch works fine. The sails are in really good shape! they are very crisp and seem to not be very used, other than a few small pin holes (possibly from storage over the years). The boat also has a nice boom cover, and hatch covers to use while sailing. These covers are all made of sunbrella type material. One set of hatch covers is made like a screen door to let the breeze blow through on nights out at sea. There is one inboard diesel engine (Volvo Penta). I've had the motor running without much trouble. It ran good and sounded strong. The Engine could use a fresh water pump/impeller rebuild and one new fuel line leading to the engine from the stainless steel mounted fuel tank. The fuel tank is nicely mounted inside the hull with easy access to fill through the deck right in the cockpit, this must have been a professional install. The trailer has been rebuilt by a professional weld shop. It's got new springs and hangers, new galvanized brackets pressure treated wood bunks covered in black carpet. There is a new jack.. The tires could use to be replaced. I have a clean SC title and registration in my name for the boat. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!thanks for looking!
