This Boat was custom made for my neighbour a very competitive fisherman (now diseased) by Ace Craft Marine in Durban South Africa to the highest standard to withstand the high seas around the Cape for fishing competitions before migrating to Australia very soon after. With the ability to have two batteries, two fuel tanks, two Yamaha 60 HP outboards and sealed hull she is designed to do some serious open fishing in safety and with the ability to be used without a wharf as the sturdy trailer is designed to be beached to float and retrieve this boat. Although having started and test the engines many times I have only used this boat once in the water and it was very rough and she just ploughed through with it's deep v heavy fibreglass hull. There are holding racks for rods, shallow deck with rear wash drains for easy retrieval of large fish and a holding bay below deck with lid. Forward storage areas and the front screen opens to help anchoring. The good part. Both boat and trailer are registered in Queensland.  I have had the engines tuned, they are in very good condition and they go great, New steering as the old one was stiff due to lack of use. I have been told this boat has done less than 200 hours and the registration says the year is 1999. All fittings are of the highest quality and there seems to be no damage to the hull and no rust in the trailer which although heavy, tows well. She also comes with a custom made cover. Now the not so good bits. I have another boat and used these tanks and batteries to test and find faults. I can use them again to show a prospective buyer how easily the engines start. This boat will have no fuel tanks and batteries. I would rather the next owner selectthe quality rather than the usual manner of most sellers getting the cheapest ones possible. Same with the fuel tanks. Both engines go well, they are manual tilt. They are hard to get into reverse but easy at the engine end which is what I did on my test. My mechanic says they need new cables from the controls to the outboard from lack of use at about $600 and I could go on spending but someone better mechanically minded would do it cheaper. The steering wheel is in a need of paint and the hull, although in great condition the top paint is fading. I'm selling this boat as it's a serious fishing boat and I don't do serious fishing and she should be used by someone who can use it's potential.Engine number 60FEL300897, Serial ID AUABM041920Q17, Trailer AC204, boat DM775QI have tried to be as honest as I can with limited information on it's history so I strongly recommend an inspection for anyone wishing to bid on this boat.
