Hello, and thank you for viewing my listing. My name's Mark, and this is my 60ft liveaboard narrowboat moored in Limehouse Basin (BWML) Marina, in east London.I have lived on board, and worked in London for the last 2 and a half years. I originally purchased the boat in Northamptonshire, where she was fully blacked and anodised, fully surveyed, and cruised in to London two and a half years ago. She has remained moored in the basin for liveaboard purposes. I have occasionally cruised in the summer months, at most for a week on two occasions. The Kitchen, Living Area, and Bedroom have been completely refurbished to a high standard, including hand made Walnut worktops and woodwork. The brand new gas cooker has never been used. Most recent work includes brand new batteries, and charging and monitoring system (2017) at a cost of £500. And the engine has been fully serviced including the gearbox etc.The boat is fully functional for cruising, and/or mooring. The boat sale includes all furnishings and fittings as required.I am now retiring from full time work (Mar 2017), and no longer need to be in, or work in London. I have had an amazing time living afloat, and being a part of the Limehouse community. However, it's now time to move on to pastures new, and retirement.I'm not looking to profiteer from the boat, or it's incredibly rare and difficult to procure mooring. I'm selling the boat for exactly what it owes me, from the original purchase price, and the additional costs in converting it into a very comfortable home.I have every document concerning the boat, surveys, insurance, and receipts available on request.I have included below the agents listing from Boatshed if you need more detailed information. (please ignore the prices)http://www.boatshed.com/narrowboat_60ft_with_london_mooring-boat-223514.htmlThe boat is currently vacant, as I'm living back at home. Viewing can be arranged via the agent or myself. The mooring is currently on a Leisure1 contract, although residential moorings are becoming available later this year. I prefer the Leisure contract as there are no Council Tax charges, or additional charges for residential mooring.I also have a contracted car park space in an underground secure carpark on site that is transferrable. For more detailed description and viewings please visit the Boatshed link above, or contact the agent directly on:Angus 07879-423539Or contact me via Ebay seller. Thanks again for looking. I've never sold anything on Ebay, so I apologise now if I've got anything wrong!!Mark
