Hobie Miracle 20 (1994) : This boat is in fair condition, the port hull has some small blisters in the gelcoat near the bow area on the bottom but the hull is solid throughout including the deck. The starboard hull has an area that is soft located just in front of the rear crossbar and another soft spot just forward of the fwd crossbar. There aren't any deck plates/access ports anywhere except for just aft of the rear crossbars. Obviously they can be added to aid in access for repairing the deck from underneath. This boat can be great for someone with the ability to fix the decks and repair other cosmetic chips and scratches. I just don't have the time.SAILS: The boat has a Mylar Main (Hobie Class) in good condition with all battens and has a Dacron Jib (Hobie Class) in good condition. -The trampoline is in fair condition, has some life left in it, meaning you won't fall through it just yet but should be replaced soon. -Almost all of the running rigging (lines) needs to be replaced, the main sheet is the one exception that is still good.-Standing rigging (what holds the mast up) has been replaced about 2 years ago and is in good shape-The hardware on the boat is in fair shape, cam cleats still have spring in them, harken traveler runs freely. -Mast is in great shape, a coating of woody wax will make the mast look great again. Cross beams and boom are a bit faded (think they were once black) -Daggerboards and rudders are in good shape with only a few minor chips along part of the edges but there aren't any major chunks taken out of them. -The castings for the rudders and tiller are solid but will need new cams and springs installed so they work easily and properly.-Trailer is in excellent condition, brand new tires and rims, new that work, axle, springs, and body of trailer are all in great shape! Definitely ready to hit the road, fresh grease in bearings and this trailer just traveled over 200 miles recently. Has a storage box mounted to the front of the trailer. -Boat is located in Ft Lauderdale and I can deliver for a reasonable extra cost anywhere along the east coast from Florida to New York However, if you are going to have me deliver the boat I suggest you inspect the boat first as I will not make deals after the sale.
