Category: Bass Fishing Boats
Class:
Description Condition: Used Year: 1984 Make: Ranger
1984 Ranger 335V Comanche (16'10") and a 1994 Johnson 70hp with power trim/tilt outboard. Motor Guide 24 volt bow mount foot controlled trolling motor and Eagle Strata 128 Fish Finder on the dash. It is in excellent condition for the age and has new carpet and custom tri-color seat upholstery just installed in 2016, dual rod lockers that fit 6'rods, dual livewells, dual consoles with glove compartment, Kenwood stereo with Aiwa speakers, it has a 82" beam so it is very stable to walk around in and 3 people can fish comfortably. The Johnson 3 cylinder outboard runs perfect, it starts and shifts gears and accelerates easily both cold and warm, has a Stiletto stainless steel 3 blade performance prop, the water pump impeller was changed less than 12 months ago, and the lower unit gear oil has been changed every year in October. The cranking battery is only 1 year old and the trolling batteries are 2 years old and hold 13+ volts. This is the best outboard to have on this model Ranger because it is very fuel efficient (I normally only use 3 gallons in a day of fishing) and still runs over 35mph. It also weighs 140+lbs less than the big 6 cylinder motors so it is easier on the transom. The Ranger trailer tows perfect on the highway, with 2 Goodyear tires that are less than 3 years old (no dry rot or tread wear), a spare on a matching factory wheel mounted on the frame, wheel bearings have always been kept greased, working trailer lights, safety tow chains, transom tie downs, and it uses a 2" ball & 4 prong universal tail light connector. You don't need a full size truck to tow it, a small SUV or minivan or large car will work, the hull dry weight is only 1045lbs, the motor is 238lbs, and the whole rig with motor, trailer, fuel, and gear weighs well less than 2000lbs. Great color combination, the metalflake gelcoat really sparkles in the sun and it has always been garage kept by myself and the previous owner. I have caught bass, crappie, striper and catfish from this. Will give test drive or let you have it inspected by a local marina. There is a video on YT of the boat running on the river. To watch it click $7200. Located in Cincinnati, worth the drive. Call or Text 513-284-3025. Auction will end early if sold thru another venue, buyer pays shipping or picks up at my residence in zip code 45255.
