Recently refurbished, very good condition and sails beautifully. Arguably the most spacious 27’ sailing boat on the market. Decks and interior painted with epoxy 2 pack paint and antifoul completed 12/16. Freshly varnished trim with new marine ply doors in the head and galley.6 Berth (Double V berth, two ¼ berths and dinette that converts to a double bed). Good size galley, saloon and head with 6’ headroom throughout.14.6hp Kubuta D662 installed 2012. Recently fully serviced with new hoses and engine mounts. New ZF10M transmission and new brass 3 bladed prop 12/15. Engine starts and runs beautifully. Motors comfortably at 5 kts burning less than 1.5l of diesel an hour.Good condition, reefing main sail in a boom bag with lazy jacks. #1,2,3 & 4 headsails in good condition + #1,2,3 & 4 headsails in fair condition, storm sail, 2x spinnakers, 3x spinnaker poles.
