Spring is almost here!You are looking at a 1977 Catalina 22 in really nice shape, complete with everything to take her on the water this week. This is NOT a project boat. The cabin is updated and clean. The trailer is sound and ready to go. There are normal signs of use for this age (scratches on the hull, etc.) but this boat is in solid shape and ready for beginners and old salts alike. This Catalina comes equipped with the following:· Mainsail with single reef· Mast gates for mast track· Windex and mount· Boom with outhaul and reef hardware· Topping lift· 110 hank-on Jib and 150 hank-on Genoa· Whisker pole· Masthead light· Mainsheet traveler relocated to companionway· Jib sheet tracks· Motor mount· Bimini top· Lifelines· Poptop with canvas enclosure· Porta Potti· New fuel tank· Keel bolt and winch hardware recently replaced· Interior cushions professionally recovered· Mast crutch· Trailer with boarding ladder· 6hp Johnson 2-stroke motor with engine stand· All standing and running rigging complete· Extras, such as: Fire extinguisher, cabin lighting, etc. It could use a coat of bottom paint (to freshen up the appearance or if you want to keep it in the water) and minor cosmetic gel-coat repairs. The companionway boards could use refinishing.We hate to get rid of this boat, but we just moved to a farm and now we have more need of a tractor...
