New Garmin GPS, fire extinguishers, cO2 alarm and many other items also added. Two of the three marine A/C units have been replaced with more efficient home units to reduce utility costs and improve performance. For the MATTHEWS followers, this is probably the finest example of an all-original unmolested Matthews Fiberglass Flush Deck available anywhere. All updates were done by us knowing that the next owner may want to return this classic yacht to her original condition. Previous owner replaced all window frames with new custom ALUMINUM frames and new glass. Custom 30" Swim Platform with ladder was also installed. Unlike many other Matthews Yachts, this hull has no previous or current evidence of any blisters whatsoever. Autopilot components are in place but not operational. We cruised this yacht from the lower Florida Keys to Central Florida in 2015 & 2016 with no problems, just a great time on a very nice boat which has been properly treated and maintained. We are moving and will consider PARTIAL TRADES of vintage vehicles, 5th Wheel Campers, Class-A RV's, etc. MINIMUM OF $25,000 CASH REQUIRED.Mark Salter (954) 263-3820
