Vessel 'Culica' This grp yacht/ fin keeled sailing cruiser of approx. 7.6 m (25ft) loa of modern design. The hull and deck appear to be sound and the interior appears to be in reasonable condition. The mast is stepped with sails in place and foresail furling is fitted. The engine is a Petter Mini Twin, two cylinder diesel unit and a Tohatsu 4hp 2 stroke outboard motor is mounted on the transom bracket. The following equipment was observed Raymarine Wind and Bidata display heads, Silva DSC VHF, Garmin GPS, sea toilet, gas cooker hob, Raymarine Autohelm ST2000. Boat and equipment to be sold strictly as seen with no guarantee of condition given or implied. The vessel will require removal from the harbour following completion of sale or buyer to make arrangements to obtain a berth.
