It has a Letonian flag                          -12 persons authorised while sailing                     -2 life rafts for 6 persons serviced in 2016 for 3 years                     -12 Life jackets, plus 4 self inflatable jackets for 3 adults and 1 child                     -2 crown life belts with emergency light and 4 round life belts                     -1 semi-rigid zodiac with dashboard. Mercury 2 stroke 25cv Motor, electric start-up. The zodiac and the motor are covered.                       Extinguishers: 2 automatic above the motor and the generator                                         1 at the enterance of the engine room                                         1 in each cabin as well as in the kitchen and the bathroom of the double cabins                                          1 anti fire cover in the kitchen.                                          40 m of fire hose with fireman’s valve (this hose is also used to empty the retention tanks)                           Pumps:  3 electric bilge pumps, automatic or manual                                         1x 220 volt pump for emptying the tanks, cleaning the boat or drying the hold if necessary .                                          1 pump coupled with the motor to dry and empty the tanks in case of lack of electricity.                                           2 Jabsco pumps et one  for the fresh water system                                           1 sea water pump for the toilets                             Electronics: Gps tracer, wind speed, depth meter, automatic pilot, fixed vhf  and 1 portable vhf portable and AIS.                                                 Electric board 24volt, 220 volt   This boat was entirely reconditionned in 2007 by the previous owner, hull, deck, masts and booms, motor and generator.   Since we acquired the boat, we have had the following works done :   - The hull in 2014, 32 boat lines 5 chords,  with fiberglass stratification on the entire part of the hull above water. 2 layers of tissue, 5 layers of primary coating and paint sprayed.                               - the roof of the wheelhouse in 2016, pine latte of 3 cms on the inside, plus one 10 mm marine plywood and a full stratification with gel coat to finish off.                               - under water  line :in 2016, stripping of the hull, re-nailing of the planking, caulking, 2 layers of primary and full coating, sanding, 2 layers of primary and 2 layers of anti-foul. Theses works were carried out at the shipyard of Egeyat in Oren, Turkey.                                -All the varnish has been redone  every season, as well as the painting of the cabins and the kitchen. i The boat is in very good condition, it sails particularly well thanks to its 2ms of draught, my wife and I can easily manouver it on our own. The cruising speed by motor is 7 knots at 2 000 RPM and with the sails it goes at 6 knots with 15 knots of wind.   It was  surveyed when we bought it, and was reevaluated by the expert from Allianz, who then insured the boat. We have not use dit for charters and we have lived on  board all year round for the last 6 years.
