Hello, Up for auction is a nice 36' Albin Cruising trawler. It has been thru a refurbish, and is 99 % done. Interior redone and painted white to lighten up the cabins, Exterior has been painted and varnished, except for hull and bottom. New custom fuel tanks, new holding tank, new batteries, new water pump impeller. This model has the 120 hp Ford lehmen Diesel which uses ONLY 1.5-2 gallons per hour, very economical for a big boat. 16,000 btu A/C, inverter for 110 volt power underway, new cushions inside all cabins. She is ready to cruise, right now. but you would probably want to put some bottom paint on her, she is ready for that. The only other thing that was not completed was the lower teak walk-around deck resealing, it is about 60% done, but ran out of time and could not finish, but i have the caulk for the sealing, easy task for a nice weather day. You can cruise the way she is and caulk as you go. Not much in the way of electronics, it is so cheap these days, and new things come out constantly, so you can buy what you need. She is located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, so come and take a look and take her home. I may be interested in partial items, plus cash.
