Elysian 27 foot mid cabin shaft driven BoatOffered for sale in East YorkshirePerkins 4107 Diesel (very liked and easy to repair).Length: 27 foot / 823cm.Beam: 9ft 8 inch / 295cm.Draught: 2ft 2 inch / 66cm.Superhull fiberglass chassis.Calorifier (a special system heating water from the engine running).Propex heating that is ducted from front to back (inc middle)!Fully kitted out washroom behind the opaque shower screens, a shower can be taken from pulling out the sink tap (shower head pulls out) for use off the calorifier or there is a new separate gas one if not.Kitchen has a grill, hob, a sink and spotlights, the fridge is in the 'cockpit'Twin water tanks are under the rear seating area.There is ample storage down both sides of the kitchen, under the v beds and in the two wardrobes in the front cabin.Externally needs a bit of a clean / paint to bring it up to standard, there has never been any water leaking in from the shaft (the only point of exit under the water from inside the boat). The battery is flat as we have used the heating over the winter when visiting it so I will bring a freshly charged battery for viewing. There is a fully charged leisure battery for the habitation (best practice to use solely for this).This Elysian centre cockpit boat is a rare piece of kit were the rooms are nicely separated and you are at a good level with the top down in the summer. With the engine being at the middle this offers better handling in comparison to the dreaded stern drive 'inboard outboard' set-up with a rear mounted engine making it rear heavy and are known for being expensive to repair as the gearbox hangs outside and if the bellows crack water can enter your engine through this.We are only selling as we are not going to use it this year due to my partner being weeks of giving birth so we will have other priorities with the one day I get off in a week! It has made some great memories as boating always seems to do! Now awaits new owners so you can make your own. Any trial welcome, the pictures are recent so it is sat in the water. It is priced fairly with all considerations so please no silly offers as we have been offered strong money from a local boatyard if it comes to it. Freshly tidied ones are advertised for around £9K by boatyards. Serious buyers only please that are in a position to buy as recently someone heard that I wanted to sell so I came out especially to show them and they said they wasn't in a position to buy for another 6 months!I do have another 10 pictures but can only have 12 on here and I don't know why the pictures have come out side ways as on my laptop they are all as they should be and eBay doesn't have the facility to rotate.
