This is a great little boat. Engine starts right up and runs good. Very dependable. The boat is clean and the equipment is in good condition. Nice sail inventory. Roller furler. High Life needs some TLC though; normal stuff like teak varnished, bottom cleaned and fresh paint. Windows should be recaulked although, they don't leak yet. The boat has a bimini and newer cockpit cushions. Comes with life jackets and floatation cushions. Flare kit, fire exstinguisher, dock lines, anchor and rhode and boat hooks. VHF radio and stereo. There is a porta potty no marine head. Md title. This is a good starter boat or, weekender. She sails great.The boat is in a slip and can stay until 3/21. Land storage is $6 p/ft by the month.
