If you are planning on an extended haul, I would recommend 3 new tires.If the boat goes into salt or brackish water, it will need new anti-fouling bottom paint applied.Only cosmetic issue is the wood in some places needs to be refinished. This is the only item separating it from a new boat.-NEW PARTS-
