RETAIL PRICES RANGE BETWEEN $40,000 AND $60,000.THE CHEAPEST BOAT ON YACHTWORLD CURRENTLY ( 01/26/17 ) IS $35,000 AND IS A LOT MORE DATED IN APPEARANCE DOWN BELOW .<br>WE SOLD HER RECENTLY TO A BUYER FROM UPSTATE NEW YORK WHO WAS UNABLE TO SECURE A BERTH FOR HER AT HIS LOCAL MARINA DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS CHRIS CRAFT EXCEEDS THEIR LIMIT IN TOTAL LENGTH AND HE HAD NOT VERIFIED THIS BEFORE BIDDING , SO HERE WE GO AGAIN AS THEY SAY .<br>OVERALL I WOULD SAY SHE SHOWS WELL AND IS IN GOOD CONDITION , THERE ARE NO BLISTERS BELOW THE WATERLINE AND SHE WAS LAST OUT THE WATER APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS AGO . ABOVE THE WATERLINE THE HULL IS CLEAN WITH ORIGINAL GELCOAT AND NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF ANY SERIOUS PREVIOUS DAMAGE .<br>UP ON DECK SHE IS SOLID UNDERFOOT AND WE DID NOT FIND ANY SOFT SPOTS WHEN WALKING AROUND .<br>UP ON THE FLYBRIDGE EVERYTHING APPEARS NORMAL AND IS CLEAN AND IN DECENT CONDITION .<br>AS YOU ENTER THE CABIN TO WALK DOWN INTO THE SALON AREA YOU WILL NOTICE THE FLOORING HAS BEEN REPLACED AND LOOKS GOOD , ONE OF THE MOST NOTICEABLE THINGS WE FOUND WAS THAT THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF WATER INTRUSION THROUGH THE WINDOWS !<br>A LOT OF OLDER BOATS TEND TO SUFFER FROM THIS PROBLEM . IT IS DRY AND THE WOOD AROUND THE WINDOWS IS IN GOOD CONDITON . <br>THE GALLEY AREA IS OPEN PLAN TO THE SALON AREA AND OVERALL IS CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION , I WOULD CONSIDER BUYING A NEWER REFRIDGERATOR AS THE EXISTING IS SHOWING ITS AGE , AFTER SAYING THAT YOU COULD STILL EASILY CONTINUE USING THE ORIGINAL ONE WHICH WORKS WELL .<br>THIS MODEL HAS THE DESIREABLE QUEEN ISLAND BERTH IN THE AFT MASTER CABIN , WITH THIS YOU ARE EASILY ABLE TO WALK AROUND THE BED . THERE IS A LOT OF CUPBOARD AND CLOSET SPACE IN THE AFT MASTER AND SHE WAS ACTUALLY BEING USED AS A LIVEABOARD PREVIOUSLY . THERE IS A EN-SUITE BATHROOM WITH STAND UP SHOWER AND HEAD / TOILET .<br>FORWARD IS THE SECOND CABIN WHICH ALSO HAS ITS OWN HEAD/ BATHROOM WITH SHOWER AND HAS A V BERTH CONFIGURATION . <br>ALTHOUGH NOT PICTURED WE DO HAVE THE 2 FORWARD V BERTH CUSHIONS .<br>DOWN BELOW ARE THE ENGINES WHICH ARE TWIN FRESH WATER COOLED CRUSADER 454 ENGINES , THEY HAVE AROUND 1500 HOURS ON EACH .THE ENGINE ROOM SHOWS WELL AND IS CLEAN AND TIDY IN MY OPINION <br>BOTH ENGINES START AND RUN ALTHOUGH WE RAN THEM BRIEFLY DUE TO THE FACT WE DO NOT KNOW THE CONDITION OF THE FUEL WHICH DOES SMELL OLD .<br>I WOULD EXPECT TO SERVICE BOTH ENGINES MEANING I PERSONALLY WOULD DO AN OIL CHANGE , FILTERS ,PLUGS , WATER IMPELLARS ETC AND I WOULD HAVE THE FUEL POLISHED OR JUST HAVE THE TANKS PUMPED DRY TO BE SAFE .YOU COULD DO NOTHING AS WELL BUT I LIKE TO KNOW THAT EVERYTHING IS IN TIP TOP CONDITION BEFORE I LIKE TO GO ANYWHERE .IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO THESE THINGS YOURSELF AND WANT TO HAVE THEM DONE I CAN HELP IN LOCATING A LOCAL MECHANIC TO DO THE SERVICE FOR YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE <br>THERE IS A CLEAN GENERATOR AS PICTURED AND NEWER AC UNITS .<br>I DID PURCHASE 2 NEW BATTERIES TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS GOOD 12V POWER ON THE BOAT AND TO KNOW THAT THE BILGE PUMPS WOULD BE OPERABLE IF NEEDED THEY RARELY CYCLE SO THE BOAT DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE ANY LEAKS . <br>PLEASE FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL OR CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS , WE MAY CONSIDER PARTIAL TRADES ALTHOUGH WE WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS WITH YOU BEFORE BIDDING AND PLEASE DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF WE DO NOT WANT TO TAKE A TRADE .AS AN EXAMPLE YOUR PRIZED CUTLASS CIERA MAY BE A CLASSIC TO YOU BUT TO US WE MAY VIEW IT AS RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION .<br>PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE FUNDS IN PLACE TO PAY FOR HER ,I HAVE HAD TO RELIST THE BOAT DUE TO A NON PAYING HIGH BIDDER WHO AFTER HITTING THE BUY IT NOW NEVER MADE ANY CONTACT ,FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER HIGH BIDDER WHO DID NOT FIGURE HIS STORAGE OUT PROPERLY , SO PERHAPS THRID TIME IS THE CHARM AS THEY SAY !I AM SORRY TO HAVE TO SPELL THIS OUT BUT YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW MANY PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN OR WANT TO BUY A BOAT AND EITHER DONT ACTUALLY HAVE THE MONEY OR HAVE NOT CHECKED WITH THEIR SIGNIFICANT OTHER , PRIEST ,RABBI GURU OR WHOMEVER .<br>WE RELY ON ACTUALLY GETTING PAID IN ORDER TO SELL THESE BOATS QUICKLY AND CHEAPLY , FEEL FREE TO CALL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS , IF I DONT ANSWER I WILL CALL BACK . <br>WE HAVE A CLEAR MARYLAND TITLE IN OUR NAME , STORAGE IS INCLUDED THROUGH APRIL 1 2017 , AFTER THAT IT CAN REMAIN AT $300 PER MONTH ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS . <br>THANKS MATT 410 533 6946
