Sadly selling my sweet 25 foot Chris Craft Catalina 251. She is a classic design Cabin Cruiser in great original condition. She is powered by a 307 V8 engine that runs great and has been well maintained by me and its original owners that I purchased her from in 2014. The hull is near perfect with few nicks or scratches. The cabin area is all original, and clean with a refrigerator, sink cabinets, dining booth and V berth and enclosed head for family camping. All glass is good, but screens need rescreening which is not a big deal. As far as I can tell, curtains are also original with sea shell print, which I intended to replace, but did not want to remove anything original. This year I added a swim platform with 4 steps to make my family more interested in boating , which was a wasted notion. The platform looks great, and adds to the fun of her ownership. She was moored at a marina for the last two years, but does come with a fantastic 2014 heavy duty 8000lbs cap all aluminum 28 ft trailer with four wheel independent suspension, stainless steel disc brakes, heavy duty hitch and led lighting. The trailer has roughly 800 miles on it and pulls like a dream behind my Ford Expedition. The longest trailering was from Grand Haven, Michigan to Springdale, Arkansas. The trailer to carry this baby home was $4000.00 alone. The reason for selling her is due to lack of interest from my family, and she is to big to handle alone. I would love to keep her as a yard ornament, but that would be a terrible waste for such a classic, especially a boat as well made and respected as a Chris Craft. I should also add, that she has many fishing features including huge fishing reels for deep water fishing that appear to be new. This is a well equipped boat, that will bring many more years of boating pleasure to its new owner. Forgot to mention that she has all canvas in fair to good condition. Some stitching is needed for border piping, and a couple zippers. Port side curtain is original and good, and starboard side is new replacement. She has been winterized for the cold weather, but springerizing is an easy process with inboard boats. Please feel free to ask any questions. I do have the original owners manual for this boat also.
