This is a sailing catamaran, 28ft X 12ft approx. plywood construction, with a bridge deck between the original hulls and an added foam glass cabin superstructure mostly finished. It was previously converted to a "houseboat". Structurally it is good with crossbeams replaced. Fittings have been galvanized. May include a winch and hand pump It comes with a Light alloy mast and an outboard bracket. Damaged ply has been removed leaving 2 of 4" X 9" holes in the hull sides. The ply floor of the bridging cabin needs replacing, its supporting structure is OK. The Hulls should be glassed if left on a mooring.You would have to remove it at your own cost.
