This 30 ft. fresh water only cruiser is in great condition with only 325 hours on the 4.3 MerCruiser engines. Sleeps 5. Two in each berths, at the bow and aft cabin and the dinette table which converts to a bed. The cabin is kept comfortable with an AC and heater unit which run off shore power. The galley features a two burner stove, microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. The walk in head serves as a shower with hot and cold water here and at the shower on the swim platform. An electric windless makes picking up and dropping anchor a breeze with controls at the helm and at the bow. A Lowance gps is included with inland charts. A marine battery charger keeps both batteries (1 year old) charged. Carpets were replaced last year. Camper top and Eisenglass are in great condition. Never been bottom painted and the hull is in excellent condition. The two motors make docking simple. One in forward and one in reverse will allow the boat to turn in a circle. The 2009 Loadmaster trailer has electric marine brakes. I have transported this boat with my GMC 2500 pickup truck. Title for boat and trailer in hand. This is a must see boat.
