2003 Luhrs 34ft convertible sportfish. Personally purchased this boat when I relocated to FL in 2013 and had the boat completely serviced before putting it in to the water. Less than 50 hours post-rebuild / less than 500 hours in total on the original guages. New props, bridge controls / electronics, AC, ice-maker. I'm moving from the intracoastal to the beach, so the boat must go (i.e. my loss is your gain) Specifics of the boat include the following:- Twin Yanmar 315HP LP-STE Diesels (Marathon Diesel serviced both engines in 2014 -- all paperwork available; warranty expired in 1Q15) (note - these are the more desirable engines than the Cummins option often seen in this boat; upwards of $30k per engine of market value alone)- Kohler 8kw genset (completely serviced in 2014)- Twin settes in the Cabin- GalleyMaster forward- Stall Shower to Port- Head to Starboard- Molded stairwell (popular feature of a Luhrs) to the bridge- 2 new NIBRAL props (22X23, 4 blade, 1 3/4 bore; new in 2014)- 2 new Pompanette AC systems- New battery and charging system- New Polk Bluetooth audio & speaker system- New Garmin GPSMAP 741xs Radar Bundle w/GPS Chartplotter Sounder, US Lakes & g2 Coastal Charts & GMR18 HD Radome- New Raritan SS Icemaker- 2 new Samsung flat-screen TVs and DVD players; Bose surround sound in the CabinBoat is outside my house in Boca Raton, FL. Clear title. The boat is due for bottom painting this spring (I have a monthly diver service the bottom), which I will factor in to the final price. If you want a yacht quality hull painting, you will want to have a 3-stage detailing. All the stuff that matters (mechanicals, power, components) are in excellent, clean condition. Boat is outside my home in Boca Raton, FL. ALL SERIOUS OFFERS CONSIDERED, as I need to move this (and my two Yamaha jetskis, if interested!)!! Available for inspections / sea trial after deposit has been paid and price has been confirmed. Full Hull Identification Report "HIN" available -- theft, accident, lien free
