The boat was built by Western Cruisers Ltd. We were told she was built in 1985 but the CRT registration says 1976, so don't know which is correct.
She is fitted with a Lister SR2 engine. The marina where she is moored has told me this will need new parts as oil is leaking. There is a new starter battery. The leisure batteries are about 12 months old. The batteries need sorting so that they recharge and provide 12 volts to the cabin. A well-meaning boater messed with the electrics. There is an inverter which needs putting back into the equation. One or two of the windows need new seals which I've been told is a small, inexpensive job.12 volt things in the cabin are sockets, water pump and led lighting.Entry through the front doors leads into the living room with multi-fuel stove. This heats the whole boat but the chimney will need sweeping. The stove looks old and a new one would be beneficial. The 'settee' is a small single mattress so this can also be used as a bed. There are 12v power points for a tv etc.Carry on through into the kitchen with storage space. There is a Paloma water heater and a small cooker which are powered by bottled gas. Through a door, there is a small bathroom with small shower and portapotti.Through another sliding door there is a bedroom with a small double mattress and steps leading out to the back of the boat. There is a valid Boat Safety Certificate until August 2018. I have little paperwork as my late fiance bought her from a friend and didn't get a survey. You are welcome to obtain a survey. Also listed elsewhere, therefore, may end auction early. If you have any queries, send me a question and I will get back to you.Apologies that I don't know more, but as I say, she was my late fiance's baby and he didn't get to do the work he wanted to. Thank you for your interest
