This advert is for a Broom 35 Sedan motor cruiser with flybridge.The boat offers 6 berths in 3 cabins with 6ft headroom throughout. The comfortable, sociable interior has a light and airy feel to it.Twin Perkins diesel engines give her great manoeuvrability with a maximum speed of circa 20 knots.The Sedan is equally happy at sea or on the inland waterways.It was built in 1978, hull constructed of GRP, one of only seventy produced by Broom, Norfolk.The boat has proved to have good sea-keeping qualities worthy of the Broom name.The vessel has generally cruised the length of the Thames and also around the south of England.Its length overall is 35ft with a beam of 12ft and a draught of 3ft.2 x 90 gallon fuel tanks and 1 x 80 gallon water tank.Accommodation:Heated by Webasto diesel fired central heating.Forward Cabin: Twin V berth with drawers beneath the berths, hanging wardrobe. Access to chain locker and opening hatch.Side Cabin: Double berth with hanging wardrobe and drawers beneath, side cabinet and opening hatch.Galley: single bowl with mixer tap, fridge, 3 burner hop and oven, cupboards with drawers, additional pull out work surface. Space for storage of crockery and cutlery. Floor laid with stripped beech effect.Heads: Toilet with shower, manual sea toilet, shower with mixer, sink, small mirror and shelf for toiletries. Hot water via calorifier which is heated by the starboard engine. Immersion heater from 240v shore power.Saloon: Settee which slides out to form a double bed. Carpets throughout. Saloon also has the lower helm position with full instrumentation and GPS, helmsman seat, adjustable hi/lo table with flaps, drinks locker and moveable seat box, chart area with radar mounted to front. Sailor VHF radio as well as various lockers and drawers on the port side. This area leads onto aft teak deck cockpit area via sliding patio doors. Helm: 2 x compass, Raytheon pathfinder SL70 radar, Seafarer 701 depth sounder, Garmin GPS65, Vetus autopilot, Morse MT3 controls, Trim tabs, Sailor VHF radio, Goodmans CD radio, 240v shore power with ring main, battery master switches, bilge pump switches, anchor winch control, oil pressure gauges, voltage gauges, 3 wiper motor switches, 12/24/240v electrics.Aft cockpit area: Large teak deck with plenty of room for table and chairs to enable al fresco eating, ceiling light from under flybridge, boarding ladder to starboard leading to aft bathing deck/swimming platform, gas locker with 2 gas bottles and regulator.
