The Boat has been FRESHLY ANTIFOULED and put back into the water in the last 2 weeks so she is ready to go for the season. Other points to note: The cabin and saloon upholstery is perfectly usable, however I would be thinking of changing it before too long as its a bit tired. A good chance to personalise the boat, or just cover it in blankets? Water system is not connected. A new Water tank has been installed, and a new tap in the galley. needs a pump and, it just needs all connecting up. Cooker is also not connected to a gas supply. An easy weekends work, I just don't have the time to do it. Davits are included in the sale, but are currently not fitted. Holes are in the transom ready to bolt them in place. This would allow you to hang an inflatable dinghy from the back of the boat. I removed them as I stored our dinghy on the roof. The boat is around 1975, so please don't expect her to be like new. I have tried to keep her to a good standard, but like all boats there are still jobs to be done. Loads of photographs available on request. I offer no returns or warrenty with the boat. She will be sold as seen. Viewings welcome on prior arrangement. Boat boat is in Langstone Marina Southsea. The Marina Berth she is in is not available, but the new owner could discuss possible berths with the Marina Office. This boat is ready to go in all respects, but she is an older boat so please do not expect her to be 'like new' there are always jobs to be done on boats and this boat is no exception, but the jobs that are required are all cosmetic and general uplifting to the new owners choices. She has the benefit for Full Standing Headroom throughout the boat, which is quite rare in a boat of this size, the Cleaopatra 850 is renowned for the design being so roomy. The engines are superb and start on the first key, and idle beautifully. the boat is ready to be used for the season. So I would advise that you are quick if you do not want to miss this lovely boat. The boat has been Freshly antifouled. Other points to note:The cabin and saloon upholstery is perfectly usable, however I would be thinking of changing it before too long as its a bit tired.
