This is a good boat in good condition. I have lived aboard the boat for the last 5 months. It is time for me to head north and the next owners takes over. There are very few leaks in the roof and windows which is rare for any sailboat. The bilge is relatively dry. There is a roller furling and a main sail.Any questions, please let me know.
