Great boat to cruise & live on board. Amaizing ocean performance and a "floating apartment" in the Med (Balearic islands-Spain). Priced to sell fast...!!. British Flag & registration. New "International" antifouling on December 2016. She will need only some TLC before cruising at sea, althought she is ready to accomodate new owners on board now ,with all the systems in working order. Fully loaded ; With 3Kw Farymann Genset, Ebespecher diesel heater, A/C marine, refrigerator with freezer, marine oven with two burners ,water presure hot & cold, battery charger, batteries in good condition, electronic compass, GPS garmin, Radar Rayteon , aluminum gainway ,davits, electric windlass, deep sounder,electric toilet , VHF,etc etc. Only two owners since new. She acomodates up to six people and has plenty of space & storage, two independent cabins with two bathrooms make her ideal for guests; Large galley with dinning table and full kitchen. Fully enclosed main bridge with comfortable seats. Her twins Perkins HT6-354 are very smooth and will need to replace/repair their exhaust manifold elblow (where turbine seats) Not the engine manifold ; I will include a professionally repaired unit as well as many preventive spares for this engines, they have very low hours and use Velvet gearboxes on drive shaft.Value of this boats are arround 30 thousand pounds average in UK, She can be yours at basically half of her real Price........!! The boat is currently non-operational due to dirty fuel tank ,NO sea testing will be available, no sleeping on board while visiting the boat, meeting point will be the marina´s gate (located 10 min drive from the airport - code PMI). Once sale is final and payment cleared , I will be glad to help the new owner to either localy relocate her on an economy berth/mooring or shipping her back to UK, not before.
