things to know & do 1engine condition unknown (see note) 2 rot deck capping trim cabin (see note)3 others I have found less major (see note)Now the good news1 hull 100% soild fiberglass looks extra thick 2 looks like heavy or commercial grade hull3 high rough sea going bow (eg small ship) 3 very large Detroit diesel about 450hp shaft4 diesel fresh water cooled, fuel about 530L5 very large propeller 4 blade lots of bite 6 keel to protect rudder & prop (dead wood)7 vhf 27 meg radios nav & invertor etc8 v berth In bow can sleep in saloon too9 stove sink toilet enclosed head room all10 power and manual bildge pumps fitted11rocket launchers rod holder nice stainless 12 anchor & winch (not working) pfds fire ext13 last survey I have year 2000 reads well 14 last slip & antifoul was done june 201615 large anodes 2 fitted to rudder june 2016 16 I do have copies of photos of her on slip17 large rear deck fish boxes esky all quality18 life raft zodiac brand (will need service)19 swim ladder etc cabin table (not shown)20 most of cabin & deck are feel rot free 21 yes comes with mooring free tender rides
22 No Reserve!!!! yipeee sounds good to me!more info the notes 1 engine note I didn't try and start the engine as the N200 batteries are flat i though it would be best to service first as filters etc look old the engine was last started 2 years ago aprox there has been a gap of 4 years in past without starting and engine started well ????? who knows the engine condition is unknown??the owner tells me that the turbo was replace in year 200 when he purchased he vessel he says is just flat batteries ???? there has been some water in bildge too about a foot however!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where you must park your thoughts to avoid disappoint as I say to all "if its not running you must assume the worst & hope for the best you could get a nice surprise??"2 Rot note again the hull is solid looks extra thick fiberglass just need to be clear !!!!!!!!!! rot in deck to 2 soft spots i can find one near anchor locker & steps going to bow on port side also i think rain leaks through anchor hatch& here as missing needs bit of timber would do Its a must to fix these before going offshore to make deck water tight from rain & sea in saying this I would skipper her in enclosed waters also the deck has been fiberglassed overalso found some rot in flybridge, cabin, deck trim ,toilet wall ,capping the cabin & doesnt leak rain this not so urgent though looks poor this wouldn't stop me from doing a sea delivery most of this can be seen in photos starboard side is bad though port side quite good (re capping)other notes more minorthings I have also found1 toilet will need service 2 fendering & sponson (see pictures)3 steering may need oil or bleed (have oil)4 throttle seem stiff have one spare cable5 see wheel on flybridge (can steer below)6 batteries will need charge or replacementmoorings yes easyyes the mooring is rented from a boat yard with services if you need the rental can go on if you need on a monthly basis @ $293 per month its cheaper to get your own which I can arrange for you long term though step on & off tender service with driver is nice without getting in a dinghy is nice (keep ur shoes on)yes close to shops transport surf beaches etc if your from faraway thinking of sailing her homedelivery by seaI would think once engine serviced & running well there are a few days work to get her ready for sea eg seal deck check systems safety gear etc location & serviceshe is moored in Pittwater NSW an hour north of Sydney CBD if you are from far I can meet you at Sydney airport & train station and take you to the boat for inspection or after auction if you win free of charge also will help you with all paperwork at local maritime offices free of charge too history I have knew this boat in 2000 and before a well known boat part of the fishing club & community of Watson bay Sydney harbour also have ships papers & manualssafe and happy boating jonathanyes can help with if needed 1 yes can help get your own mooring or rent one 2 yes can quote on water towing / delivery 3 all industry contacts if needed 4 yes trade ins & (must value before auction end)5 yes inspections always welcome 6 as always free friendly advice By bidding you agree to the following1 agree to pay auction ebay auction price2 pay in full within 3 days of auction end 3 fast payment by bank or cash only !!!4 pay costs if can’t proceed for any reasonBid with confidenceI have been boating since 1976I have worked on boats since1990 I hold commercial power & sail qualifcationsOn going experienced ebay seller (boats) Need a chat before bidding?????To feel more comfortable or questions??? email 24 hours 7 days a week phone 8am to 6pm Monday to sat pleaseclosed Sundays,no txt message please happy boating jonathan 0419 290 800
