I don't know the year of manufacture, but this used to be the tender for a SeaRay 340 Express Cruiser commissioned in 1991.  It comes with oars but no rowlocks, an Evinrude petrol outboard engine of unknown power and condition, and a dismountable steering wheel.  It has been stored in my garage for 10 years.  Prior to that, it had some limited use, retained inflation correctly and worked fine in every respect.  It would make an excellent working tender or sports RIB.  It could be a bargain for an astute buyer.  For obvious reasons, it is collection only and you are strongly recommended to contact me in order to make an inspection before you bid, because I will not accept a return unless these details are shown to be mistaken or misleading.
