Boat has placards of "Alcan 370" but people in the know have told me it's actually an "Alwest 370" over the years.  Not really sure the difference but full disclosure... She's a Houseboat/Trawler style with recreational swim slide, side decks, forward hold, anchor locker, cuddy berth sleeps 2, dinette converts to sleep 2, private aft state room with love seat, sleeps 2 on double mattress.
Full bath with standup shower, and manual flush head.  (30 gallon holding tank) Galley is twin compartment sink, convection microwave, RV style fridge LPG/Electric.  Twin diesel with 3,000 hours.  (Due for service with most supplies included) No genset.  120 volt 30A shore power.  All electronics are quite old.  Radar tower retracts by folding aft.  Measures approximately 37 feet long, 12 feet wide, drafts 3 feet, weighs about 13,500 pounds dry.  (Documentation states lower weight, but I think adding the twin diesels in 1984 probably increased the dry weight) Two aluminum fuel tanks 50-gallon each.  Fresh water storage is welded aluminum approximately 25 gallon.
Sold as-is, where-is. Located near Lake Powell, Page, Az in dry storage.  Current storage cost is $85 per month.  Has been out of water over 3-years. (BUC Research Report established the boat’s value on 3/17/2017) Boat is USCG Certificate of Documentation.  No State Registration to deal with.  Note - Photo of the top deck is not recent, but the only one I have.  Portable stuff like the bbq grill, outdoor speakers, ice chest, etc are no longer on the boat.  The upper helm is dismantled to ease the removal of the fly bridge for transport on the highway if you choose to move it away from Lake Powell area.  The upper helm controls are included in the sale (not pictured) but are not currently installed.
